is an art historian and writer based in New York City. They are currently an MA Art History candidate in Hunter College’s Department of Art and Art History, researching queer visual culture, performance studies, sonic methodologies, and curation. They have previously held positions at the Studio Museum in Harlem, and the Whitney Museum of American Art.
Kana Motojima
is a visual artist based in New York, originally from Honolulu. She studied photography at Nihon University College of Art in Tokyo before continuing her studies at The International Center of Photography in New York. Her work explores the subtle, intimate moments within relationships, capturing the quiet details that shape our connections. Through photos, she seeks to reveal the tenderness and complexity of human experiences.
